To strengthen their Sales Organisation they are looking for the newly created postition
Sales Manager DACH (without Team Responsibility)
Location: Germany Remote
Responsibilities:
In dieser Rolle sind Sie verantwortlich für das Direct-Sales Business für die Academia Kundengruppe aber auch für die Betreuung der Distributionspartner (Industrial Sektor).
- Optimierung der Gebietsabdeckung durch direkte Sales aktivitäten und Distributoren
- Entwicklung, Einführung und Ownership des Business Plans um die vereinbarten Ziele und KPIs in der Region zu erreichen.
- Einführung von Key Account Management Strukturen in der Region
- Durchführung neuer Produkteinführungen
- Erstellung und Ausführung von Plänen um das Geschäftswachstum in den Prioritätsmärkten voranzutreiben
- Erstellung effektiver Programme für physische oder virtuelle Events um leads zu maximieren in Zusammenarbeit mit den regionalen und globalen Marketing Teams.
- Aufbau und Pflege von guten Beziehungen mit dem Globalen Sales und Service Team um wertschöpfende Cross-selling Strategien einzuführen
Requirements:
- Direct sales expertise in the field of Analytical Instruments for the Academia sector is a must (Spectroscopy expertise preferred)
- Several years of sales experience (direct and indirect would be ideal)
- Degree in scientific discipline related to the job
- Experience in Key Account Management and Distributor Management
- Fluent German and English
- Willingness to Travel
